We are tremendously happy with our new phone system and especially Brian's thorough explanations of all the new features available. We especially love the ease of transitioning calls for spur-of-the-moment switching to our home office.

What is your primary product or service?
We sell, service, maintain business phone systems. We have our own service techs to provide Fast local response when a problem occurs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I went to DeVry in Chicago and built my skills off that base.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are based in Aurora, Illinois. We are a family owned & operated business. We have been in business 32 years. Our customers want fast local response when the phones are down. We respond quickly and resolve the problem. We get the phones (usually, not always) in a day. We know our customer need their phones to conduct business and it can't be down.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have 1 location in Aurora, IL. At this time, we don't plan on expanding.
Provide detailed directions to your location
From the EAST take I-88 (Interstate 88) east to Farnsworth South exit. Go South 2 miles and we are the west side (right hand side) of Farnsworth Ave. From the WEST take I-88 west to Farnsworth South exit. Go south 2 miles and we are on the right hand side. A big sign is out front of our building.
What type of payments do you accept?
All major credit cards and with an established customer we will invoice them.
Which areas do you service?
Dupage, Kane, Will, Kendall and Cook counties. Really we go all over Chicago-land & Northwest Indiana
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
We are a family owned and operated company.
What are your hours of operation?
Mon-Fri 8:30am to 5pm
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
A happy customer. Just keeping their business up and running every day is the best complement. If we do our job, there will be few interruptions to their business.
