I provide counseling services for individuals, couples, and families.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I have a masters degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I specialize in behavioral treatments, which research suggests offer the best outcome for a variety of mental health issues. My specialty areas include treatment of anxiety, insomnia, eating disorders, depression, pre and post bariatric counseling, and self harm behaviors.
What type of payments do you accept?
I accept Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois PPO plans and Aetna PPO plans. For those who choose not to use insurance because they have not met their deductible, do not have insurance, or do not want a diagnosis on record with their insurance, I offer a sliding scale self pay fee based on income/ability to pay.
Which areas do you service?
I am located in Kane County with close proximity to Dupage, Kendall, Will, and Cook counties.

I offer flexible appointment hours during weekdays and weekends.

I believe if we can make peace with the past, let go of some of the worry about the future, and focus on the present moment, real changes can occur that bring life satisfaction and fulfillment.
