What is your primary product or service?
We Buy and Loan on items of value including but not limited to Precious Metal, Jewelry, High End Watches, Coins etc.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
In today's economy we wanted to help fill a need for our customers. We make it easier to get a little extra cash to pay bills or tied them over until their next check.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer fast, friendly, private, confidential cash loans for items of value while you wait.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just one location that Loans, but we have three locations (all Doerner Jewelers affiliates) that buy and sell.

What type of payments do you accept?
We pay $$$$ Cash $$$$ for the items we buy, but if you would like to purchase something, we accept cash, check, charge. We also offer two forms of in store financing.
Which areas do you service?
Since we have three locations- Algonquin, Geneva & Aurora we cover a pretty wide area including Mc Henry, Kane, DuPage, Cook & Lake counties.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Niles Loan & Diamond Brokers is a Family owned and operated business.
What are your hours of operation?
Closed Sunday, M-W-F 10-5:30pm, T-TH 10-7pm & Saturday 10-4pm. Visit us at www.loans4myjewelry.com for the hours of the location nearest you.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We have quite a few customers that return for our services and that is a vote of confidence. If someone is confident enough in our services and the way they were treated to refer friends and family, then that is compliment enough for us.
