How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I wanted to help people feel better with out drugs or surgery.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We treat the problem and not just the symptoms. It is a correction of the problem and not just getting the patient out of pain.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
1. We have expanded our facility over the years from one doctor to four and we have added Physical Therapy.

Just south of I-90 and Randall Rd interchange and just west of the new Sherman Hospital.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Check, Credit Cards, Payment Plans (no interest and finance fees)
Which areas do you service?
Elgin, Dundee, Carpentersville, Gilbert, South Elgin, Algonquin, Crystal Lake, Lake In The Hills, Huntley, St. Charles
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday 2:00 pm to 7:30 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 11:00 am
