How long have you been in business?
The Business has been here for over 25 years. I have owned it for 6 years.
What is your primary product or service?
Auto Body repair, Collision repair, Restorations, Personal craft, Motorcycles.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
While in High school I worked on my own cars and enjoyed it and after school I started working at a local shop in Woodstock sweeping floors. During the summer I would be there all day and started doing repairs. I kept learning and got more and more involved with shop operations. Kept working in the industry and learned all aspects of the industry and 6 years ago bought my shop.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I think we do a good job at working for the customer, Not the insurance company. What this means is many times there are three parties involved. The owner of the vehicle, the insurance company paying for the repairs and us doing the repairs. Of course the insurance company wants the repairs done as cheap as possible. Most of the time this does not have the owner of the vehicles best interest in mind. We approach the claim representing the customers best interest. When the repairs are completed it is our name on the repair, Not the insurance companies!!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have our current location with no plans on expanding at this time.

We are on the North west side of Villa street between route 25 and route 20 (Lake street)
What type of payments do you accept?
Credit card, Debit Card, Insurance check, Certified check, Cash. Sorry no personal checks unless arranged in advance.
Which areas do you service?
Northwestern Illinois.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Brett helps out in front. Mike runs the operation.
What are your hours of operation?
Monday through Friday 8:00 to 5:00. Saturday 9:00 to 12:00.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
