Spare Wheels has been in business 25 years in St. Charles, IL.
What is your primary product or service?
Provide transportation for adults and children as well has wheelchair bound. 24/7 with reservations. You Tell Us Where, We'll Take You There.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Background in mass transportation; wanted to provide transportation for adults and children in the western suburbs.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have many different vehicles from which to choose. 14-35 passenger coach buses, 12-71 passenger school buses, mutliple coach buses and school buses that hold wheelchairs. Provide safe, reasonable, fun transportation for all types. Customer service is our main priority.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Right now, one location, plan to expand in other townships in western suburbs of Chicagoland.
Provide detailed directions to your location
From downtown Chicago - 290 West to I-88 to Farnsworth. Go north on Farnsworth aprox. 7 miles, turn east on Fabyan Parkway approx. 1 mile; turn into private driveway directly across from Paramount Parkway.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept all credit cards, checks, and cash.
Which areas do you service?
We will go nationwide if requested; ususally Chicagoland area, Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
James and Judy DeVoe are owners.
What are your hours of operation?
Operate 24/7 with reservations. Answer the phone immediately Monday through Friday - 5:00 am to 10:00 pm. Weekends - 9:00 am to 9:00 pm
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Your driver was so wonderful. We had a great time on your vehicle.
