We started as a dial up Internet Provider in 1996. Our Broadband service was launched in 2002.

Fast, reliable, secure, connections to the Internet.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
The owners are programmers at heart. Delivering high quality, reliable solutions that fit the needs of our customers is what really brings us joy.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our network was built and is completely owned and managed by Fox Valley Internet.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?

We service over 400 residential and commercial customers from Poplar Grove to Crystal Lake to Geneva to DeKalb and all areas in between.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Paul Diem - President and Chief Technical Officer John Diem - Secretary and Operations Manager
What are your hours of operation?
Our systems run and are fully monitored 24/7 7 days a week. Our office is open to customer visits from 7:00 AM to midnight.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
I never talk to you guys! (You shouldn't have to talk to your Internet provider)
