What is your primary product or service?
We offer comprehensive business formation and record maintenance services to business owners. Our focus is to streamline the business start-up process, help ensure clients maintain proper corporate records, track filing requirements and meet renewal deadlines so they remain in compliance at all times!
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
While working in corporate America -- mainly in the litigation department of law firms and a few Accounting firms -- I realized there was a need not being met -- small business owners were missing out on having a professional, reliable and knowledgeable resource for handling their corporate formation and record maintenance requirements.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
CMI is neither a law firm nor an Accounting firm -- We are a professional services firm who works with our clients to ensure their corporate records are prepared correctly and in order at all times. In turn, when they need to work with their Attorney and/or Accounting professional, they go to the table well-prepared and organized which allows them to maintain their momentum in working on other areas of their business.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Our headquarters is located in Batavia, Illinois and although we do not have other physical locations, we serve clients all across the Country.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Checks, Cash and Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard and Discovery)
Which areas do you service?
We have clients across the Country.
What are your hours of operation?
Our offices hours are Monday through Friday 8:00-5:30 p.m.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
We strive to consistently be available to our clients and provide them with the information and/or documents when they require our assistance. Any client who says "I couldn't have done it without your expertise" has made my day! It's then I know they understand the depth of our dedication to doing the right thing and doing it quickly!
